Yusen Logistics Co., Ltd. adopted a resolution in the Board of Directors' meeting held today on the changes to its representative directors as below.
1. Reason of the Changes
Yusen Logistics has been working on the four core components set out in our Long-term Vision, ‟TRANSFORM 2025,” which started in fiscal 2017, with the aim of becoming the world’s preferred supply chain logistics company.
The first 3 years have passed, and we are entering the next phase this year. Taking this milestone as an opportunity, we aim to further strengthen and enhance the management setup of our Group, reinforce our foundations, and improve our corporate value.
